Our Principal Consultant, Rachit Dayal, was Singapore’s first Marketing Professional to be certified by Google as a Qualified Advertising Professional in January 2006 and a Qualified Analytics Consultant in 2009. For over 11 years, Rachit has been a web geek – creating websites, dabbling in search marketing and sternly preaching the merits of powerful Web Analytics.

Rachit is an honours graduate from the National University of Singapore with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Technopreneurship. He also attended the prestigious NUS Overseas Colleges program and spent one year studying marketing at the University of Pennsylvania in the USA. Even during his University days, Rachit enjoyed cracking the Google code – his Honours Years Project was a software program that tried cracking Google’s ranking parameters to help companies understand exactly what their competitors were doing right, to get good rankings.

At Happy Marketer’s Consulting Practice, he handles all business relating to Search Engine Optimization, Search Advertising, Web Analytics, Website Usability and Online Marketing Strategies. He also frequently conducts trainings in these areas.

His programs and workshops have been attended by participants from the airline, telecommunication, education, service, recruitment, investment, tourism, property, non-profit and government organizations. Some of the more notable organizations that have undergone successful training with him include AirAsia, JobsDB, Starhub, PhillipCapital, SPRING Singapore, Adam Khoo Learning Technologies, Nets, Courts, Sunway City Bhd, IDRC, NTUC FairPrice, 3M, EuYanSang, HDB, NLB, CNN.com, NEA, and Tourism New Zealand.

Rachit is a Master Practitioner of NLP certified by Dr Richard Bandler, the founder of NLP. He is also an Advanced Communicator in the Toastmasters International Public Speaking program.
